After weeks of intensive work, analysis, and discussion, the Jury of the MCSC Hospital Leadership Innovation program has announced the ten most promising projects that will compete for the title of winner in the 4th edition.
This year, as many as 90 submissions were received from various corners of the world. Twenty projects advanced to the semifinals, showcasing an exceptionally high level of innovation. Each of the TOP 20 presented a unique approach to healthcare challenges, but only ten could move on to the next stage. Below are the innovations that earned the highest recognition from the experts.
MCSC 2025 Finalists
- AILIS – A contactless AI-based system enabling early breast cancer diagnosis. The technology allows for fast, painless screening, increasing access to preventive care across diverse patient groups.
- Medbase Medical Databases – Comprehensive pharmaceutical and clinical knowledge bases that support medical staff in daily therapeutic decisions, enhancing patient safety.
- CoolCryo – An innovative next-generation cryoablation device using liquid nitrogen. Designed for the precise treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, it enhances procedure effectiveness and shortens recovery time.
- DyzurApp – A platform that facilitates shift planning and work schedule management in medical facilities, improving team efficiency and comfort.
- Exura – An intelligent monitoring system for patients with chronic diseases, enabling early detection of health deterioration and more effective home care.
- Genotic – An advanced platform for antibody design and production using artificial intelligence and advanced computing.
- Nursee – An app supporting nurses in work organization, medical documentation management, and better coordination of patient care.
- Neurocloud – A cloud-based solution supporting diagnosis, monitoring, and rehabilitation of patients with neurological conditions, leveraging data analytics and AI algorithms.
- Promedheus – An adaptive system for scheduling and managing hospital operations, enhanced with AI components to optimize operating room and resource utilization.
- Smart Pharma Optimizer – A tool for optimizing hospital pharmacy processes, minimizing drug waste, streamlining logistics, and generating cost savings.
Next Stop – Hospital Innovation Summit
On September 17, 2025, during the Hospital Innovation Summit, the finalists will present their solutions to a broad audience: representatives of the medical industry, experts, investors, and media.
This will be the moment when their ideas translate into concrete stories, data, and visions for the future of healthcare. Attendees will have a unique opportunity to ask questions to the TOP 10 innovators and discuss implementation possibilities. More details about the event will be announced soon.
Final in October
After the presentations at HIS, the finalists will enter the final phase of the program. The Program Council and the Board of Directors will discuss the projects in a closed session. The final verdict and the winner will be announced during the MCSC Hospital Leadership Innovation gala on October 21, 2025.
