Dr. Tomasz Maciejewski
General Director of IMiD
Director of the Institute of Mother and Child. Professionally: gynecologist, obstetrician, perinatologist. Graduate of postgraduate studies at SGH in the Faculty of Healthcare Organization Management and MBA studies in medicine.
Author of numerous scientific publications, books, and articles in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Participated in many research and research-development programs. Since 2007, he has been involved in the educational activities of the Medical Center of Postgraduate Education, including serving as the scientific director of courses necessary for specialization in perinatology. He is also a court expert in matters concerning care for pregnant women.
Member of, among others, the Polish Gynecological Society, the Polish Society of Perinatal Medicine, the Polish Society of Coordinated Healthcare, the Government Population Council, an elector of the Main Council of Research Institutes, and a member of the Expert Council of the Patient Rights Ombudsman and the team for hospital management at the Council. As a member of the PARPA expert team, he participated in developing recommendations on FAS (published in 2020), currently a member of the Regional Expert Team of the FAR SEAS Research Project at KCPU. He sits on the Social-Business Council of the Vistula Academy of Finance and Business, which is part of the Vistula Group of Universities.
Working for patients and their safety, he is also a member of the Medical Events Compensation Fund Benefits Team appointed by the Patient Rights Ombudsman. Since June 2022, he has also served as a member of the Expert Council of the “Healthy Life” project. Engaged in using innovative methods in patient treatment and care, he is the leader of the working group for innovation in hospitals at NIL IN – the Network of Innovative Doctors.

He is a specialist in IT strategy and project management. For years, he has held key roles at the Institute of Mother and Child, implementing numerous technological and IT projects. His work focuses on integrating advanced technologies in the healthcare sector, improving IT infrastructure, and implementing advanced security systems.
He is the Director’s Plenipotentiary for IT and Cybersecurity and also heads the IT Department and the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Medical Technology Innovations.
He is a graduate in computer science and management and marketing. He has also completed postgraduate studies in AI and Innovations in Health, Cybersecurity Management, Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics, and Management in Healthcare Entities in the Era of Ownership Transformations. He holds an MBA degree.

Professional experience gained at one of the largest law firms in Warsaw specializing in the Life Sciences industry. In their professional practice, they strive to integrate legal knowledge and experience with medical expertise.
Co-author of publications and reports on medical innovations, artificial intelligence, and telemedicine, such as the White Paper on AI in Health or the Regulatory Report: How to Harness the Potential of Telemedicine in Diabetology.

Educated as a medical physicist specializing in radiotherapy, biotechnology, and deep tech. Co-author of scientific posters, articles, and podcasts on medical applications of 3D printing. Involved in auditing Polish companies for innovation for several years.
Recognized in the “Polish Woman of the 21st Century” competition in the “Innovations and New Technologies” category and in Forbes Poland’s “30 under 30” list.

For years, she has been associated with the technology market, introducing pioneering services in the financial and consulting industries. She spent the last six years developing startups, focusing on market positioning, identifying target audiences, and shaping the product. Her interests include entrepreneurship and business valuation. Thanks to her passion and experience, she advises companies, helping them with market analysis, developing financing strategies, and creating innovative products.

Copywriter and social media manager. Responsible for promoting the competition and developing a PR strategy. She communicates with the startup ecosystem, companies and authorities.
She attaches great importance to building positive relationships. Promotes the use of simple language.
She gained professional experience in institutions such as the Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Institute of National Remembrance. She graduated in history from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University and completed postgraduate studies in Public Relations at the Warsaw School of Economics.
