The Most Important Event in Hospital Innovation
For the fourth time, we will gather to celebrate the final stage of the MCSC Hospital Leadership Innovation program – an initiative that has been transforming the face of Polish healthcare since 2021 by connecting creators of new technologies and services with hospital leaders.
On October 21, 2025, at Teatr Kamienica in Warsaw, we will announce the winner of this year’s edition, who will receive a unique opportunity: a pilot implementation of their solution in one of the hospitals co-organizing the competition.
This real-world clinical implementation is what sets MCSC apart – an award that offers not only prestige, but also a tangible impact on improving the quality of healthcare in Poland.
History of Previous Editions
Since its first edition, the MCSC Hospital Leadership Innovation program has recognized the most promising projects in medical innovation.
In the 1st edition (2022), winners included Infermedica and MedApp, introducing advanced diagnostic and digital solutions for healthcare. The 2nd edition (2023) awarded four diverse projects: Laserobaria 2.0_S, TruScreen, Clebre, and Calmsie, showing that innovation can support therapy, diagnostics, and mental health. Last year, the winner was UES – Ultra Echo Scan, a software solution supporting early diagnosis of congenital heart defects in newborns.
The MCSC Ecosystem
The competition was initiated by the Institute of Mother and Child, with implementation led by the Implementation Department – Center for Innovation and Artificial Intelligence. IMiD is supported by a network of Co-Organizing and Partner Hospitals.
The ecosystem includes facilities with diverse clinical profiles – from large academic centers and specialist hospitals to regional medical institutions.

They are supported by Partner Hospitals, which identify areas in need of innovation, assist in project evaluation, and participate in selecting the finalists.
Awards
During the gala, the following awards will be presented:
- Main Prize – pilot implementation of the winning solution in a co-organizing hospital
- Special Awards – granted by hospitals and program partners
- Audience Award – winner of the online vote, selected from the TOP20 projects
